Landscape

Countryside Scapes LLC warrants that all materials used will be in good condition when installed in the landscape. Most trees and shrubs are guaranteed for one year from installation date.

Arborvitae, Roses, Azalea, Holly, Lirope, Crepe Myrtle, Rhododendron, Butterfly Bush, Japanese Maple, Boxwood, Hydrangea, Dogwood trees, and ornamental grass are guaranteed until December the year they are installed.

Annuals, perennials, bulbs, sod, ground cover. tropicals, plants planted in pots, and plants provided by the client are not guaranteed.

Plants that fail to leaf out the following spring of installation will be replaced, one time, excluding labor. The client will be billed at the current rate for labor to replace plant materials with a one hour minimum. The replacement plant will be of the approximate size of the original plant, if it is not possible to match the original plant substitutions will be made. In the event a plant did not thrive due to placement, conditions, etc. a substitution will be made. Countryside Scapes LLC, may at its discretion, opt to provide payment to the client for the original installed price of the plant in lieu of plant replacement.

When installation is complete, plants become the client's responsibility, watering will not be done by Countryside Scapes, Countryside Scapes LLC assumes no responsibility for watering recommendations.

Hardscape

Hardscape labor is guaranteed for one year. See manufacturer's warranty for materials warranty. Construction issues will be fixed, one time, including labor at no cost to the owner.

Lightscape

Lightscape labor is guaranteed for one year. See manufacturer's warranty for materials warranty. Construction issues will be fixed, one time, including labor at no cost to the owner.

Waterscape & Irrigation Systems

Countryside Scapes Newly Installed Irrigation System

Irrigation labor and material (excluding pumps), is guaranteed for two years. Faulty systems will be repaired or replaced, one time, at no cost to the owner, as long as the system is being maintained and winterized by Countryside Scapes LLC.

Countryside Scapes Irrigation Repairs and Maintenance

Irrigation labor and material is guaranteed for 90 days or until October 15th the year the repair was made. Faulty repairs will be repaired or replaced, one time, at no cost to the owner. Used materials are not guaranteed.

Pumps

Irrigation pumps and water feature pumps labor, are guaranteed for one year. See manufacturer's warranty for materials warranty.

Exclusions

Landscape, Hardscape, Lightscape and Waterscape warranty EXCLUDES damage by lightning strikes, hail, fire, flood, tornado, earthquake, wind, ice, storm, adverse weather conditions, pest invasions, animals (including but not limited to deer and rabbits), abuse by machinery, client misuse, other contractors working on the property, vandals, improper watering (too much or too little), acts of God, or acts of terrorism.

Relocates or rework are not warranted due to fence, landscape, irrigation, drain, cable, or any other change to the property not present at the time of estimation or work done.

Repairs to turf (including re-seeding) are not included in the installation price, unless priced on estimate. Extreme effort goes into saving your turf but weather and soil conditions affect the finish look greatly.

Terms

Delinquent accounts void guarantee.

Warranty valid for original owner only. Non-transferable.

Payment of invoice indicates agreement to these terms and conditions.

Any unsatisfactory work complaints must be filed within 14 days after the work has been completed. Please mail all unsatisfactory work complaints to the office, 221 NW Chipman Rd., Lee's Summit, MO 64063.  All work determined to be unsatisfactory will be addressed within 14 days upon receipt of letter.

The warranty period expires at installation anniversary date.
